For a while now I've been hanging the name Christopher Guest on the guy who plays Chuck McGill, Jimmy's brother in Better Call Saul, as well as various bits in Best In Show, Coneheads, This Is Spinal Tap etc. This is incorrect, his name is Michael McKean. Christopher Guest is McKean's costar in This Is Spinal Tap as Nigel Tufnel, also Count Rugen in The Princess Bride.

How long should you wait for a housing market turn? Depending where you are in the cycle, eventually the premium you pay as a buyer in a seller's market is offset by general inflation and local economic growth. Picking a home in an "undervalued" market may seem a smart maneuver, but I'm not so sure I can agree with Forbes's assessment of the Orlando market as "undervalued".

Shopped RDU hotel stays since AirBnB didn't work out; turned out it was a) cheaper to get a hotel once you factor in all the AirBnB cleaning and service fees and b) cheaper to book directly through Ibotta → Booking.;com app than through AAA (which uses Booking.com's listing engine but apparently fails to pass-through Booking's discounts). c) Also "earned" $10 and change cash-back to my Ibotta balance, so that's cool.
