3.3mi in ~51 minutes, peaking at 5.1mph on the 3rd or 4th half-lap burst, and some longer, slower jogs up to 3/4 lap. Almost, but not quite, hitting the 4mph average.

When I got there ~4:30 the entire row of treadmills was monopolized by a bunch of kids aged maybe 9-14, all speaking something like Czech or Hungarian, herded by some young guy who just completely fuckingly ignored me when I made eye contact and asked if they would be done soon. Twice. Fortunately they were done soon. Hope this isn't a daily or even a weekly thing.

Hydration (or maybe it's electrolyte balance) makes a big diff, and apparently 2 hours is not really enough time to comfortably digest an egg+cheese sammich before running. Was never in danger of puking but it held me back just a tad.
