I don't remember when [grundoon] started circulating on E2 and in #everything. Hey, it was a decade ago. There was a hint of a possibility of romance by the time cz's 2002 nodermeet rolled around. Ordering pizza being a prohibitively annoying rigamarole at Waterways was something of a blessing. breakfast: a powersaucebar and some smilk. Got out and about in time to get 3 sets in on the Cybex circuit. I've given up on the overhead press in favor of the rear-delt function of the row station. Perhaps if I didn't habitually sleep on my side, impinging my shoulders, I could do the overhead press without always feeling like I'm in danger of a serious rotator cuff injury, but I do, and I do, so here we ... I'd intended to leave Teh Oroffice early, say, 4:00 or 4:30, and get some quality time in on the Cybexes, but they kept me busy up until closing so I ended up beelining for the treadmills. At this point, only half them work. There have been signs on the broken ones saying they're getting new motherboards "next week" for 2 weeks now. Also, it seems like no matter what time of day I get there, there's a cleaning crew underfoot. The place is not that big; full-time housekeeping is uncalled for. Today they wer... (...more)

I was on the fence about hitting the gym yesterday and when I realized I'd forgot my flip-flops, that clinched it. I was up somewhat late last night and didn't scrape myself out of bed until ~11 today. Brunch: microwave burrito trio. ~3PM I had the last Guinness Extra Stout, which, at 176 calories and a smidgen of protein, is arguably a healthier choice than these HFCS "nectars". After a nap I had a powersaucebar and some smilk and showered. It wasn't easy propelling myself to the gym today either,... (...more)
