At first I thought I was just going to do 30 minutes, cooldown and hit the machines. So I did a lap at 7.0mph, cooldown,... (...more)
Friday night into Saturday I got thoroughly fucking disgusted with all the people in my FB friendlist posting nasty statuses about how anyone who doesn't like "merry christmas" can "go home". That's exactly the kind of attitude that led Gandhi to observe, in not quite so many words, that Christianity would be a fine religion if it wasn't for all the utter twats who think their Christian identity is carte blanche to be a cocknugget to everyone who isn't. * * * Dear Facebook family and friends, especially ...
