Street noise and the infernal A/C racket had me waking and drifting off again from shortly before dawn on, so I got up around 8, coffee, vitamins, PowerBar, shower, chugged a bit of soy milk and hit the gym. To their credit, they do provide an online opt-out model. To their discredit, they give themselv... (...more)

You know that springy feeling the day after a medium-hard workout? When you wake up and rawrrrr and strrrrretch? Yeah, I got to missing that. It's safe to say I'm a bit addicted. So I got my office attire together on a hanger and put on my gym shorts and did 3 sets on my Cybex routine on my way to teh office, targeting high reps just to get back in the swi... (...more)
