Another epic staff meeting survived. I meant to report yesterday an emotional outburst that seemed to connect protein, caffeine and inner process. I started the day as I usually do, with a cup of coffee+cocoa. At work I had a 30g Rockin Refuel and another coffee. Around 2 or 3pm I took a caffeine pill. Not long after I started feeling like crying, for no apparent reson,. I think I was in the middle of a listen to Edgar Winter's "Frankenstein" on Youtube. a story about a mom who stood up for her kid I don't particularly trust a domain called "beauty things dot info" to host real stories, but attacking the veracity of the story ignores the point that bullying and sexual harrassment happen all the freakin time in schools. When I was in high school there was a kid who thought it was hilarious to sneak up behind other kids and pull their pants down. "Pantsing". The Living Course FB page is usually fluffy, but they had a post today about leveraging the Reticular Activating System (RAS) by creating a strong visualization of personal purpose achieved or fulfilled. This demands we identify our personal purpose, which is an exercise in itself.

Dawn's blog: Coping with Anger Brain is still on Pacific time; don't remember Miss Cupcake getting up, and then suddenly it was after 9am. Had to swing by Publix to retrieve my fon. Was late anyway so I picked up some yogurt, protein drinks, seltzer and rolls for work en route too. AdvCap replay event: "Cashella". The rule of thumb for sign legibility is 1" character height = 40' visibility, i.e. 3" high lettering is legible up to 120'.
