Apparently a bean+chz burrito and a chimichanga before 8am is not enough to keep me from feeling hungry at 10:30am. But eating more would probably have me feeling sleepy by then, so maybe I just have to resign myself to frequent snacking?

Dell WD19 Docking Station unit, $270 – supplies power, network connectivity, wired mouse and keyboard, and 2 (3?) HDMI monitor connections all over 1 USB-C port. Curious whether any laptop with a USB-C port can make full use of such a thing, or maybe the number of possible monitors is limited by GPU specs? If this is a generic device class, then there are probably more economical choices, and then the main cost is GPU and monitors.
