Napped thru dinnertime, woke up to pizza, binged all 4 eps of S1 of Inside Man last night

breakfast like weekends were made for it
Took a no-caffeine pill day (although there's some in my tea)

Some people can't function without a daily dose of Zoloft or Seroquel. With that in mind, I refuse to feel bad about leaning on a measured daily dose of caffeine. load + run dishwasher
boil water to filter
pillow to quarterly washing
grocery, grocery, cat litter run to put on some miles for check engine reset

Sunday Night Movie pick: "Genius" (2016). The story of Thomas Wolfe's writing career through the eyes of his editor, Max Perkins of Chas. Scribner's Sons, from acceptance of his manuscript "O, Lost!" in 1928 (to be edited down and published as "Look Homeward Angel" in '29) to his untimely death (age 37) in 1938.

What little I previously knew about Thomas Wolfe was pinned to the bronze memorial statue of an angel in Asheville's Pack Square, in the plaza adjoining the museum and French Broad Chocolate Lounge.

Curiously, his girlfriend Aline Bernstein's marriage to a Wall Street stockbroker "remained intact throughout and despite" their affair. (Wikipedia)

For a couple of days I figured he also wrote "Bonfire of the Vanities" somewhere in there, but it turns out that was a completely different Tom Wolfe. I'm sure I wasn't the first and won't be the last to be thus confused.
