One of the challenges of powdered but not capsulized supplements - we're more prone than one might realize, to automatically inhale between sticking something in your mouth and swallowing. If that something in your mouth is powder, it can get aspirated. Just because a product is safe to ingest does not mean aspiration is a safe alternate route :p

Mixed 5g creatine powder dose into SPI / cocoa bev; if it changed flavor/mouthfeel, it was minimal /tolerable
I also mistakenly used the 1/3 cup measure (37.3 p.grams) for SPI, instead of 1/4 cup (28g), so, who knows
Then we did Gronsky's / pastrami egg + chz ... a little too much xD
