Session #14: (per twitter) ‎3.3mi / 48.00 minutes, peaking at 6.5mph for a half-lap, regularly finishing half-lap runs at 4.8ish mph jogging. The best part of this was as I was coming up on the end of lap 13 (3.25 miles, my psychological "home stretch") I was all "wow I can do this in well under my 49m20s best previous time", so I stepped up to ~5.3mph.
