(per FB) I dreamed the reclusive Jackson Pollock was in town again so we grabbed our video cameras and stalked him through the library and museum and the park by the pond. — with D*~ at Downtown Annapolis. The backstory here was that we had run into him the year before, and although we didn't keep in touch, he seemed to enjoy our company. Session #14: (per twitter) ‎3.3mi / 48.00 minutes, peaking at 6.5mph for a half-lap, regularly finishing half-lap runs at 4.8ish mph jogging. The best part of this was as I was coming up on the end of lap 13 (3.25 miles, my psychological "home stretch") I was all "wow I can do this in well under my 49m20s best previous time", so I stepped up to ~5.3mph. I'm not sure what the benefit of Secure Google (https://encrypted.google.com) is. Big deal, when you're Googling in the airport or coffee shop, other people on the open WAP can't sniff your search terms? Hopefully you're not Googling anarchist cookbooks or kiddie pron in public to start with. They still store your search history, the better to target ads my dear.
