Having sampled and solidly approved what the Montana Gluten Free company is calling "cream of oats", I've learned that this is basically what many other manufacturers are calling "oat bran" hot cereal. (NOT! effing! oatmeal!) The intersection of C-o-W mouthfeel, with the beta glucan benefits of oats, is the key goal here. There's quite a bit of Montana supply on-hand yet, but moving forward it should be quite cheaper...

and phytosterol powder (250g). Harvard Health and other articles suggested:
- 2g phytosterols, i.e. this is 125 days' worth
Isoflavone reco's are more complicated, but bottom line?...
