200mg caf pill to kickstart the day. JD bacon breakfast bowl: 27g / 400 kcal, bacon is nice and dry, 1200mg is 50% of a day's sodium though. Figured out I've been negating the power-level setting on the replacement microwave - you need to set cook time first, THEN power level. Vitamins + omega-3s. Another 200mg with a cup of Tang at 11:30.

An unsentimental goodbye to my old Lexmark E210 laser printer, plus the last of the scrap inkjets, and the microwave whose only real problem was the defunct "Start" button. All dropped off at Best Buy for recycling. Tomorrow when I'm on Boca's east side I'll empty paper+cardboard recycling from the trunk too.

I had a stupid amount of stuff in my hands to put in the car on my way out this morning. I think maybe I put my folder of intake forms and spiral notebook containing Saturday's lottery tix on the roof of the car while I sorted my bundles out... and I think I drove off to work without taking the stuff off the roof and putting it in the car... ouch. Maybe I left it inside with the intention of a last pass before leaving though.

Fuel-up: 280.4 mi / 10.255 gal = 27.34 mpg. Paid $2.149/gal at Cumberland Farms, vs. as low as 2.099 at the 7-11/U-Gas at Oakland Park Blvd and Andrews Ave.

Googled "Cityville" for some reason that now escapes me, got roped into Farmville 2 up until I needed to social-network to build a well. Nope.

TIL (thanks to Humans of Tumblr in my FB newsfeed), not too surprisingly 60% of children have a "comfort object" (teddy bear, blankie, special pillow etc.) - the surprising companion factoid is 35% of ADULTS have a comfort object. (q.v. 2011 Travelodge study: percentage of British adults who sleep with a teddy bear)
