Sunday night the landlord's drunken belligerence with other tenants passed some tipping point, cops were called, I was dragged into it unnecessarily, landlord was Baker Act'ed for a couple days. I was preparing to be gone by the time he got out - got a good deal on a half-height storage unit, moved enough stuff into it Monday to be able to move the whole rest of my stuff out in one carload. Tuesday I added a couple more boxes of non-essentials, but then when I got home last night I learned the landlord got released early - and he seems committed to NA meetings and just generally keeping his shit more together, so my move-out timeframe is slightly more relaxed. Still not sticking around much longer; ideally I'd like to have a new sitch to move into, on arriving home from vaycay in the beginning of January.
And no, most definitely not going to roommate with him again if and when he moves to the apartments adjacent to my client's office building. Lol.
Anyway, moving stuff into storage, plus a big project setting up a new high-volume email marketing server, in preparation for a high-volume email marketing campaign, kept me too busy to think about gymming on schedule. Today between visiting storage and the bank I went, just to blow off some nervous energy.
So, session #46: First, a couple sets on the upper-body machines, where even fresh, I'm still dogging a full set of 12 reps of 50# load on a couple stations, but definitely improving. Then, the treadmill for a half-hour: a half-lap at 7.5mph to work my sprinting muscles a bit, cooldown, a lap at 6.5, cooldown, repeat, hit the showers.
Lunch: Subway footlong tuna on whole wheat, w/tomato, pickle, spinach, black olive, chipotle dressing. Instead of an egg+cheese and large coffee.
