I fell asleep earlyish without internets, but this bed is a bit too hard, and the window-rattler A.C. is really loud, so I find myself waking a lot to roll over. I woke for good before 8. I started the day as usual with a cup of instant coffee to wash down omega-3s and vitamins, and then my standard combo of 2 El Monterey bean-and-cheese burritos and a Jose Ole breakfast burrito.
I had given the gym a miss entirely yesterday, being still pretty sore from Thursday's hard workout. By this morning, this had transformed into a deliciously alive stretch-y feeling. I need a USB wifi adapter with a distinct antenna, so I checked Best Buy, Walmart, Office Depot, and ended my fruitless quest at the Target by my gym.

A cursory googling hasn't given me any info on the advisability of using the Cybex ab crunch machine in a side-saddle position, to work the obliques and perhaps the latissimus dorsi a bit. 70# wasn't particularly difficult, but I'm leery of pushing myself in an "off-label" motion.
I was done and showered by ~2PM. After the gym I headed to Nakava to leech wifi and order the most powerful USB wifi adapter with an antenna on Amazon.
