Something woke me at ~7AM... there's a motorcyclist or 2 in the 'hood and they're out with their loud tailpipes every morning at the same time. Coffee, vitamins etc. by 7:30, spotted and disposed of my first cockroach here (it was inevitable, wasn't it? I guess 1 in 3 weeks isn't too horrible, compared to Casa Cucaracha), dressed and out by 8AM. Scoped out the McD's a bit south on the other side of 441 to see if they have wifi, but I didn't see any wifi or McCafe signage. I suppose I could have hooked up the lappy to my in-car power inverter and checked for signal, but I really just wanted to get to a known hotspot before the Sunday morning rush.

So, rocking out to Edgar Winter's "Frankenstein" while I load a new round of email marketing targets via McCafe wifi to remote desktop... such a waste of my genius, right? And then headed to teh gym.

session 61: 2 sets on machine circuit, working on high weight:
leg curls: 10-12x 90#
leg press: 12x 230#
overhead press: 8-12x 70#
arm curls: somehow regressed to 30# D:
ab crunch: 12x 110# first set, 16x 70# second set
arm extension: 10-12x 70#
chest press: 10-12x 90#

Treadmill: 3.3mi / ~44minutes lol... 1 lap at 6.3mph, cooldown, 1/2 lap at 8.0, cooldown, 1/2 lap at 7.5, cooldown, then alternating full laps at 7.0mph and cooldowns.
