Woke ~7:15, coffee, vitamins but short on the omega-3s because I ran out of flaxseed caps over the weekend. I waffled briefly over whether to duck in the gym before the working part of the day, decided against it. Despairing of ever finding mens Medium white oxford long-sleeve button-down shirts at *mart, I broke down and bought a pair of size L.
Brunch: Dunkins egg+cheese on multigrain, a toasted buttered wheat bagel, and a large coffee - I figured this was relatively sleep-safe but we'll see.
Having got on-site relatively early, I left at 4:30 to hit the gym. Session 78: 1x through my Cybex circuit, mostly half-sets at my high-weight limits just to keep a hand in without getting too worn out. 3.3mi / 43m11s: 3 laps at 6.3mph, cooldown, 1+ lap at 7.5, cooldown, 2 laps at 6.7, cooldown, 2+ laps at 6.1.
That 7.5mph pace is brutal but... MUAHAHAHAHA! so am I \o/
Dinner: Subway footlong tuna, some dry-roasted sunflower seeds and V8, and probably a pint of steel reserve a little later.
