Visited the AVDA thrift store on Rt 441 just south of Marina Blvd. I saw a Linksys WAP that I would have bought if it was priced, a couple nice glass cutting boards and a laptop bag ditto... in fact, an awful lot of stuff around the shop wasn't priced. But at least I know what kind of stuff they take: ANYTHING. Long-outdated MCSE study guides. Windows 98 install discs. An HP LaserJet 4 printer - production of these ended in the '90s. Clothes, of course, overwhelmingly women's and children's. Also, I think I've figured out from whence my landlord furnished this room.

Brunch was a box of cheese-turkey-bacon lean pockets, for 2x280=560 kcal and 2x14=28g protein. I standardized on these because they're the highest-protein pocket normally stocked at pubilx. Who actually eats just one of these at a time?

At ~4:45/5:00 I had a powersauce and a can of strawberry-kiwi flavored HFCS drink. That's 450 kcal right there and the powerbarf packs 9g of protein too. One or the other would not be too crazy; both is overkill.

My 'mill session started with a mile at 6.0, which is indeed no terrible strain anymore. I would have liked to shoot for 1.5 or 2.0 miles at that pace, but at ~1.2 miles one shoe came untied. So I re-tied it and took a cooldown. Another 3 laps at 6.5, cooldown, and finished at 6.0 with 39m03s total time. I've started paying a wee bit more attention to kcal burn reports too: today was 503 or 506, somewhere right around there, assuming my weight is still holding steady at 190.

A slice of Pizza Hut 14" pan pizza packs 15g of protein and 360 kcal. Add in a couple boneless "wings" (buffalo sauced) for another 190 kcal and 10g of protein. My 3 slices (not counting chicken and diced tomato toppings), plus 4 chicken nuggets, totals up at 1460 kcal and 65g protein. Somebody got their 75g of protein and then some today.
