I was up somewhat late last night and didn't scrape myself out of bed until ~11 today. Brunch: microwave burrito trio. ~3PM I had the last Guinness Extra Stout, which, at 176 calories and a smidgen of protein, is arguably a healthier choice than these HFCS "nectars". After a nap I had a powersaucebar and some smilk and showered.
It wasn't easy propelling myself to the gym today either, but the lure of dinner at Chipotle did the trick.
Session 89: 1/2 mi at 6.5mph warmup, then 3 sets on Cybex circuit at moderate weights.
arm curl: 12-15x 30#. That's new, 12 reps was my limit for a long time.
overhead press: 12-15x 50#. Right shoulder is still crunchy if I'm not careful.
ab crunch: 16x 90#
arm extension: 15x 50#
chest press: 15-16x 90#
leg curl: 16-20x 70#
squat press: 16-20x 230#
rows: 16x 70# / rear delt: 16x 30#
Dinner: Chipotle salad w/brown rice, black beans, carnitas, tomato, medium salsa, cheese, guacamole and a Negra Modelo.
