After some clienttiemz, I returned for a run. The treadmills were all occupied by the time I got changed, so I worked another set each on arm curls and ab crunch, and a couple sets alternating between rows and rear delt. After that, a few treadmills had opened up. I didn't set mine for my weight on startup, and it defaults to 150, so when I was done and saw I'd reportedly only burned ~350 kcal I was confused until I figured out my error. Started out with about 1.25-1.3 laps at 7.5mph, cooldown, repeat, cooldown, a half lap or maybe a bit more at 8.5, cooldown, a couple laps at 6.5? cooldown, a few laps more at 6.3, cooldown, and I think I finished with a half-lap at 7.5mph. 3.0 mile time was under 40 minutes, 3.3mi time was 45m even. Weigh-out: 186#. Crossed paths and stopped to chat with the owner a bit on my way out.
With only ~600 kcal under my belt for the day and probably more than that expended in formal exercise alone, I remembered what I'd meant to get at Pubilx and forgotten: canned salmon, because that much protein was sounding mighty attractive right about then.
dinner: leftover pizza, medium-hot buffalo chicken nuggets and a pint of SR.
