(per twitter) session 103: 3.3mi / ~43min. 1mi at 6.0mph, cooldown, .75mi at 5.7, cooldown, 2 laps at 6.7, cooldown, 1 lap at 7.5. ~475 kcal burned at 188#. Didn't weigh-out, but realistically I'm probably back into the 190s, if the fit of my pants is any indicator.

Dinner last night was a cup of quinoa and a can of wild salmon - salty, but satisfying. Breakfast was the last 2 store-brand banana nut muffins (may as well eat unfrosted cupcakes, really) and some smilk. Skipped lunch, had a powersauce ~4PM in anticipation of getting my run on. For evening eats I have the other cup of quinoa, and later I'll probably have half of a bag of brown rice tossed with chickpeas and a little olive oil. The quinoa is Pubilx-sourced "Ancient Harvest", pre-washed, $6/12oz dry, and indistinguishable from the Tru`roots brand.

I've pretty much fallen off the weightlifting wagon except for a couple sets of hammer curls daily. Every few days I get ambitious and do some sit-ups and/or bicycle crunches, but it seems a bit of a losing battle.
