Ball Park hamburger buns: 4g protein / 150 cal = .0266 protein index
TJ ciabatta: 7g protein (how?) / 210 cal = .0333 p.index
Nature's Own WW sliced sandwich bread: 3g / 60 cal = .0500 p.index
Higher p.index is better, and that's why I standardized on that specific bread. Buns don't make a better burger.
"Ciabatta bread" is redundant. It's like saying "bagel roll", "gazpacho soup" or "egg omelette".
In other news, I may as well stop with the pretentiousness of specifying "kcal" in nutrition contexts.
Everyone knows what a calorie is, 99.99% of people don't care that AKSHUAWWY it's 1000 physics calories.
(Also it's one letter shorter, so yay brevity)
