Tried the cinnamon protein cocoa. The popularly-touted health benefits are probably overstated at this ingredient level, but if the price is the same then I might standardize on this.

CA: Tried reshaping the loose epic chaos gem that belongs on Elite Dragonslayer Armor, looking for physical pierce or base att/def boost. Got: balanced gen boost (would be OK for Layla but base stat boost is way better); p.resist (trash); def gen boost (trash); and divine power (trash).

Maybe there was a miscommunication with Tony/Absolution, but apparently locking the elemental pierce or resist feature also locks the overall defense/offense character of the chaos gem - which restricts what equipment pieces it can be forged onto. You'll never get a "protection" stone with wind pierce, for example. A secondary power of physical pierce/resist CAN oppose the overall defense/offense nature of a chaos gem though.

TIL General Michaeal's "Seraph Halo" accessory amulet has 3 forge slots - unprecedented in an amulet. It's not "legendary" gear but an epic chaos gem plus meteorite ingot stack and black gold ingot stack way more than makes up for the epic/legendary chaos gem power differential.
