YIL - a multivitamin is ideally taken with food (because fat aids absorption)
- BUT fiber supplements can inhibit vitamin absorption
- so if you take a multivitamin then do so with food; take fiber with or after another meal
- taking fiber in late morning should help raise breakfast satiety / lower lunch appetite and binge risk

Nutritionists generally say to get vitamins from food, not supplements - so wouldn't taking fiber WITH a meal potentially inhibit absorption of that meal's intrinsic vitamin payload? What I didn't learn is how strong or marginal these interactions are. E.g. maybe if you're drinking ample amounts of water, it doesn't matter because the fiber is dissolving and not doing its thing until everything collects in the small intestine anyway.

TED Talks: Manoush Zomorodi / How boredom can lead to your most brilliant ideas
I take issue with conflating "boredom" with autopilot activities (folding laundry, walking to bus stop)

"(Audio) Dr. Daniel Levitin: Every time you shift your attention from one thing to another, the brain has to engage a neurochemical switch that uses up nutrients in the brain to accomplish that. So if you're attempting to multitask, you know, doing four or five things at once, you're not actually doing four or five things at once, because the brain doesn't work that way. Instead, you're rapidly shifting from one thing to the next, depleting neural resources as you go."
