arm / core work pt 1: actually trying the "eccentric-only" push-up.
-- I tend to collapse to the floor near the bottom of the motion.
-- In fact just posing at the top of the motion, I can hold that for ~30 sec?
-- The road to success is paved with failure; what's worth doing well eventually is worth doing crappily at first.
pt 2: more o them eccentrics
load / run / empty dishwasher
load the drinking water pipeline
5+ spam calls that ended the call when G call screening did its thing. Almost certainly unsolicited political messaging. Lord it's tedious.

TIL: soluble fiber may slow protein uptake but shouldn't reduce protein uptake overall
:: a fiber supplement may help with the fasting part of intermittent fasting
it's OK to feel hungry for a few hours - it's not an inherently dangerous or pathological condition!
Given IF defined as 12-16 hr sans food, a mug of protein drink at 6:30a softens even that edge.
Let feeling hungry be a cue to drink some water.
Medscape: Intermittent Fasting (IF) beneficial for patients with prediabetes or Type II Diabetes
