noon: shakshuka. This is simply not a "quick" meal, takes ~1/2 hour.
Today I killed some frozen broccoli; subbed some leftover salsa for half the tomato sauce; added ~8 black olives chopped; cooked the eggs "medium" (firm white, some yolk still unset); and finished with parsley, cilantro and grated parmesan-romano. Harissa heat still dominates the flavors, probably scale it back to 1/2 tbsp next time.
