Avian flu is hitting the turkey market just as hard as the chicken market, possibly harder.
That said - we figured out on 01-14 that one pack (from Costco's Butterball ground turkey 4-packs) is about 150 p.grams. My latest batch (2nd of the 4) weighed in at 19.5 oz post-cooking.
We're getting a bit loose with the math here, but that makes 1.95 oz ~= 15 p.grams.

In 1943 psychologist Abraham Maslow published "A Theory of Human Motivation" in the academic journal "Psychological Review". Thus began of the popularization of what is now well-known to psych students as "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs".

Maslow proposed (not unreasonably) that basic needs (e.g. food, warmth) must be met in order to support efforts to meet more complex, subtle needs - security, a sense of social belonging. The model described a trend, not a linear step-by-step prescription; sometimes we push past hunger and fatigue to reach a project milestone because maybe sealing X amount of "sense of accomplishment" is worth Y amount of temporary physiological discomfort. Or maybe we let go of certain social or family connections because it just feels too wrong to tacitly approve and support their abhorrent behavior or ideology. But ultimately, we can stall pursuing more basic needs only so long without calling into question the value of higher pursuits. As the saying goes, "20 years from now, the only people who will remember that you worked late are your kids".

Thinking of that in relation to the Houston Methodist article about "longevity blue zone" lifestyle factors, I pondered another round of re-indexing and re-coordinating my G Drive, email and offline files.
