All the top search results flatly state you shouldn't keep opened wine more than a few days (for delicate sweet wines) to maybe a week tops? Even refrigerated, because of course you'd refrigerate it. 2 weeks if you're only going to use it for cooking? Maybe if you're serving to sensitive wine snobs, but in general I call BS because I know from long experience that an opened bottle of red tastes absolutely fine as much as 2 weeks out. Sparkling wine might lose its sparkle, whatever. 99.99% of wine consumers don't need a "wine preservation system".
