Cocoa Experiments 2: 1 scoop whey + 1 Tbsp cocoa powder dry in a mug; added ~2.5 oz cold water; mixed
- THIS. Is The Way. 1~1.5oz water is prob sufficient to start and wet out powder thoroughly.
- 8 oz total (maybe less) is sufficient; there's very little milkfat so it will not be creamy.
- I added half a baby spoon of sugar. This wasn't enough sweet to distinctly register. Unnecessary I guess.

So, while very drinkable, the end result is not a "copycat" recipe.
MOM's whey powder is also less economical; plastic tub probably less green than WP's single-serve packets
- Wholesome Provisions protein cocoa $1.31 / envelope @ 14 p.grams / srv = 9.36 cents per p.gram
- MOM's unflavored organic whey protein $29.99 / 17 srv x 17 p.grams = 10.38 cents per p.gram

I'm not in the market for more whey protein powder until I've run this supply down. There are 2 suppliers on my radar for when we get there:
- RawOrganicWhey.com grass-fed 5#: $84.99 / 90 srv x 21g == 4.50 cents/p.gram
- BulkSupplements.com - many options; basic whey a little costlier than the above, soy isolate 3.38 cents/p.gram

TIL Lipton Cup-a-Soup Cream of Chicken flavor has ZERO protein for its 70 cal (also 28% DV sodium).
101% garbage food~

Also, Squireel Nut Zippers was signed to Carrboro NC label MaMMoth Records, along with a stable of acts that I've actually heard of like Dash Rip Rock, Seven Mary Three, and The Melvins. One of their bands, Chainsaw Kittens, were acclaimed after their dissolation as "arguably the best American band who never made it". Not really my jam but fun and listenable.

Too bad Youtube has taken to cramming the administration's gray propaganda blips into every commercial break. I'm pretty sure that's funded by tax dollars. Vomitous. And since YT is a tentacle of the Alphabet monster, you can't sign out of it without also getting signed out of Docs/Sheets/Keep/everyotherfrickenthing.
