I did not miss picking up pine straw tracked in on the daily

I can't help but resent the message that I'm seen as not contributing to settling in, because
- I broke plenty of ground unboxing stuff to cabinets, installed TV mount, reassembled furniture etc.
- I think I live low-accessory values (or at least more functional) and manage my own stuff
- I think my overall accessory footprint is much smaller, more organized, more out of each others' way
- if it comes down to feelings, it feels unfair that
- - I keep having to pay into hiring expensive taskers ($1K this move) to move big furniture I didn't choose
- - I'm always stuck with the heavy lifting and assembly of things that don't require taskers
- - I always have to fight for every square foot of open-access accessory space
- - in other words "if it's Dayton's then it always has to go in a closet / cabinet / storage shed"
- - There's a history of one-sided hypocrisy exemplified by, but not at all limited to fridge-door inspo
TIL evoo has 2.5g sat.fat per Tbsp serving so what's an even better oil for vitamin uptake support?
- 2.5g isn't terrible; AHA reco is limiting sat.fat to 5% of daily calories = 13g at 2000 cal BMR
- evoo is rich in vitamin K and antioxidants
- wheat germ oil packs a lot of vitamin E, which would be great specifically for carotenoid uptake
