Woke before the alarm with wisps of dream melting away, but there was something in there about taking a cocktail of meth, bath salts and other ecstasy-family drugs, yet retaining enough sobriety to detail my impressions of each drug separately. Which is, y'know, just silly. And I've never even dabbled in rave drugs, nor do I want to - so who knows where that all came from.

Breakfast was Burrito Trio, 25g protein / 730 kcal, and smilk, 7g protein / 110 kcal. Did the gym thing before clienttiem, 3.3mi / 51m41s, 198#, 514 kcal. Lunch: DD egg+chz, they were out of multigrain so I got a whole-wheat. Index-wise these are much closer than I would have guessed, like 1.5 milligram less protein per kcal in the egg+chz on whole wheat. Anyway, what I actually had was 21g / 460 kcal, and a couple turkey dogs or some chili-bean-rice mix will put me on track for calorie and protein minimums for the day.
