Brunch: burrito trio. Lunch: Fell by the wayside as my whole day was kinda discombobulated. I did look up and consider the McD grilled chipotle BBQ snack wrap: 16g protein / 260 kcal for index value .0647 - very, very nearly a positively "healthy" choice. Better than smilk, index-wise. But ultimately lunch fell by the wayside, I ended up chugging some V8 and planning for a powersauce carb-up 30-45 minutes before runningtiemz.
My internal sense of "record time" is pretty thoroughly reset, so under 50m the other was great, 47m0s today was awesome, and I rewarded myself with Chipotle salad, no dressing, double chicken, blk beans, red tomatillo salsa, guacamole and a Negra Modelo. 112g protein and still a 675 kcal deficit for the day \m/_
