Woke positively hungry, not surprisingly. My Dunkin's plan was foiled as the one nearest me was closed for remodeling, and I couldn't rationalize an 8-mile round trip to the next closest just for an egg+chz when I had eggs, cheese, turkey dogs and tortilla wraps in the fridge. Scramble dog wraps turned out as delicious as expected.
Pan-fry the wiener to brown a bit (or several at a time and store the excess), cook 2 eggs low+slow in a tsp of EV olive oil to form a patty (bonus if the eggs pick up some of the caramelized wiener residue), slap the egg patty on the tortilla, top with a slice of american process cheese food, wrap it all around the wiener, and nuke 30s to melt the cheese. 28g protein, 467 kcal, .0600 index value. Better than a McD grilled chicken ranch wrap, not quite as good as smilk. Could be improved further by replacing the cheese (index .0125, almost as bad as beer) with some sort of savory onion/red pepper chutney, or a thick spicy chili.
