Got a fairly good run in last night: .75mi / 5.1mph, cooldown, .25mi / 6.7mph, cooldown, .5mi(?) / 5.1mph, cooldown and finish with a bit over a lap at 6.1mph. Not great time but the mixed speeds and pushing my high speed was good.

Went with the subway dbl chx sandwich on italian herb+chz bread, half for dinner with a pint of SR for the 1100 kcal deficit, and half for breakfast. Laundry laundered so I had clean shorts and towels for teh gym, powersauce ready for pre-run snack, DD multigrain bagel with butter, chili+beans+rice lined up for dinner, and maybe the last pint of SR should put me around 900-1000 670 kcal deficit, but a huge 117g protein for the day.

Tonight's was record since I rebooted my discipline: 3.3mi / 45m50s, starting with 1.5mi at 5.1mph, cooldown; descending laps at 5.8, 5.4, and 5.1, cooldown; and finishing strong at 5.1. Maybe even higher on the finish, I don't remember.
