Another post-reboot record of 42m37s, started at 5.2mph and dropped .1mph after each quarter-mile lap, no cooldown breaks. Yesterday I bumped back to 5.1mph at the 3.0mi mark, today took the 3.0-3.05mi stretch at 4.0 before bumping up to 5.1 at the 3.05mi mark.

All I had to eat all day was a couple slices of bread with peanut butter, so needless to say I was a bit light when I weighed in at 195#. Even so, I don't know how to account for a 3# delta since yesterday's 198#... Was I carrying a lot of water weight, and a "low" 198? Today I didn't have my keys in my pocket like I normally do, but my keys can't weigh even a half pound.

It humbles me to remember that a year ago (Dec 11) is when I reached the point of taking the whole 3.3mi at a 5.0mph jog, and back in April-May I was weighing in ~187-190. April 8 (Easter) was when I pulled off the "probationary Marine" 3mi/6.1mph performance.
