It was just a matter of time before some OS advance rendered P'shop 5 totally unusable. Issues like this are why I went with the XP reverse downgrade instead of Vista on my last lappy. With the adoption of Win7/64-bit, P'shop is dead to me... but in the meantime, open-source has made some serious strides, so not only is GIMP a suitable replacement, but a Windows binary installer is available. I'd toyed with GIMPshop on the last lappy, but frankly, from a fresh install, vanilla GIMP is intuitive enough to jump right in and free-rotate fractal output JPEGs from ChaosPro.
