Was mighty sleepy by 10:30. I know I woke at some point, maybe ~6AM, but I rolled over and went back to sleep until noon-thirty. Why so tired? Or BQ: why so relaxed? Because when I'm worried, of course I can be tired as fuck-all and still not sleep well. But I've got a little breathing room between worries right now, and I guess I graduated a Kuebler-Ross stage too.

A half-strength instant coffee to wash down vitamins. 90 minutes of aimless internetting later, the second-to-last burrito trio.

Castle Age: As I predicted Dec 1, the latest monster ("Lord of Darkness") brought with it a new best-in-slot armor ("Nethervoid Plate"). Unlike the pinnacle alchemy items from previous monsters in LoD's generation, it does not provide Divine Power. So, while Azeron's Armor of Redemption is no longer best-in-slot for PvP, second-best is still very not-bad; and as best-in-slot for Divine Power, Armor of Redemption remains a meaningful goal for monster-hunters.

Got to the gym before dark. Having done such an exemplary run yesterday I thought I'd work on laps at the highest speed I could manage, alternating with cooldowns, in this case 7.1mph. Or 7.2 mph, even that was do-able for a 1.2 laps. So my last-lap cooldown ended exactly at the 60:00 mark, and kcals burned was under 500, but I'm pleased nonetheless.

I weighed in at a "high" 195. I'd hoped that weight loss would come easier, but I'm not rigorous about that 1000 kcal daily deficit, and still working on food choices that provide an abundance of protein while edging out the calories. Also, beer and wine.
