2-egg scramble, turkey dog, onion / red pepper / spinach pan-fried in a couple splashes of Sutter Home cab, and a slice of cheddar all wrapped in a Flatout lite tomato wrap.

So good that I did it all over again with a spinach wrap. 36.36 g protein and 477 kcal per wrap for .0813 index value. Two of those was my protein for the day. Making the dogs and veggie mix was time-consuming, but now I have 3 dogs and veggies for at least a couple more wraps.

Excellent run, a post-reboot record in fact. I was counting on endorphins but they're not doing what I need them to. Wendy's dbl-stack and large chili for dindins, making a staggering 126g protein and respectable 900 kcal deficit for the day. Picked up a carton of eggs and some bananas on teh way home.

I wish I'd saved whatever methodology I used to determine that at 200# my average daily kcal expense was 2160. I know, I said I'd refactor when I reached 190#. Wouldn't kill me to work up a spreadsheet at 5# increments.
