Wonder how much of that excellent performance has to do with packing on such a high-quality breakfast.
It's become meaningless to "fitness" tag every daylog wherein I run. This suggested the "inflection" tag, sort of a meta-tag if you will, although Phosphoros's tag facilities need a bit of work for that to really do what I want it to.
A banana - a bit underripe yuck - and tried the mesquite bbq Lean Pockets for lunch. Not bad, but a bit too sweet and I'd get sick of them fast. So for the niche LPs fill in my diet, I'll stick with the pretzel-bread turkey-bacon-chz variety. The latter are better index value anyway, 28g/560kcal=.0500 vs. 22/500=.0440 for the bbq.
Had a good evening run, 1.5mi at 5.6mph solid, then half-miles at 6.1 and back to 5.6 between cooldowns. The best part, however, was when I weighed in at 193, which is a new low post-reboot.
