Started the day with 2 presses of the last of the Rosamonte yerba maté instead of coffee to wash down vitamins. Note to self, more than 2 scoops is overkill and can easily tea a second press.

After a powersauce mid-afternoon, I found the quick route to Logger's Run Park and took some pics, particularly the mexican clover. I did not find the 7-station, half-mile exercise course; it must have been hiding. I'm also curious what the county Parks and Rec Dept. thinks is a "nature trail". (edit: if you click through the Google maps link from the P&R page for that park, the nature trail is marked. It's the undeveloped parcel of land west of the park-y park, separated by a canal.)

Next stop was the gym. Weighed in at 195#, vs. Friday's 193#. I'm sure last night's beer and munchies did not constitute 7000 kcal so I guess I can blame 2 presses of yerba maté for water weight.
