For dinner I spooned out some sauteed veggie mix and 5-bean stew into a pan with a little olive oil, let that heat up, then added a couple beaten eggs. Let that set, dished onto a Flatout wrap, topped wtih a slice of XS cheddar and a turkey dog. I overdid the veggie/bean part and decided that I like the sun-dried tomato wraps, which have actual flavor, a lot more than the spinach ones, which don't.
That was a fair meal unto itself, but then I had to do it all over again, so I'm absolutely stuffed. Not even counting the bean mix, ~117 grams of protein for the day, yet still 1176 kcal deficit after my run.
