Half a cantaloupe and the last slice from the previous bag of Pubilx "premium blended grain" bread for breakfast. I don't eat bread often; that bag was expiry-dated Nov 30. When I was a teen, bread was kept in a breadbox. It would have been moldy 7 times over by now. But in the fridge it was fine, neither moldy nor stale. Come to think, I remember cheddar cheese going moldy on a regular basis too. And sour milk, although that had as much to do with Dad's ADD leaving it out while he lingered over coffee literally for hours.

Anyway... Mozart's birthday, so had Classical South Florida's interweb stream on all morning. 15 minutes of curls with the 5# dumbbells, a pint of strawberries for lunch.
