Gotta stop thinking I can start chili in the evening, and have it be done and cool enough for the fridge by a reasonable bedtime. Especially when the turkey is frozen. I didn't have as much bean stew leftovers as I thought, so it's a little light on beans.

Breakfast: LP trky+bcn+chz. I have to keep reminding myself that this is only about 25 cents more than the old burrito trio standard, yet much more protein-efficient (index .0500 vs .0342).

(per twitter) run 168: 3.3mi / 35:43. 192#, 508? kcal. Started at 5.7mph, down .1mph per half-mile, bottomed out at 5.4mph, no cooldowns.

Best time since the November reboot, despite the poor temp control in the gym. I'm pretty sure it was cooler outside than in. Instead of dumping a bunch of money into remodelling I wish they'd invest in air circulation. It doesn't even have to be 5 degrees cooler, just some fan action would change the game dramatically.

Dinner: a scramble dog wrap and a bowl of chili. My diet log shows 1.5 servings of chili; it's probably more like 2. Even after a couple glasses of wine to kill the bottle of Woodbridge pinot noir, still 850 kcal deficit and a staggering 145 grams protein.
