I think I put this disc together sometime during the period mid-2003 to late 2004 when I roommated with Lisa, because I didn't discover my love of Morcheeba until then. I had noticed that a lot of my favorite artists had predominantly male vocals (Front 242, Ministry/RevCo, etc.) and decided I should balance out my mobile library some.

If I was going to rework this mix, I'd drop the Enya, Luscious Jackson, Linda Ronstadt, and Sade tracks. I love the Maria Muldaur song, and I can listen to Morcheeba and Sneaker Pimps over and over. "Been to Canaan" and "Sunny Came Home" make me feel sentimental.
