A nice half cantaloupe for breakfast, a scramble dog wrap and maybe a half-serving of chili for lunch, a banana to carb up, a second coffee because I just wasn't feeling the energy for a run, didn't get to the gym until around 6 so the banana was probably moot. Wendy's double-stack and lg chili for dindins for a net calorie deficit over 1000, and 109g protein for the day. Yes, with over a half-gallon of homemade chili in the fridge, I got Wendy's chili with my double-stack.
Weighed in at 189. First mile at 6.2mph, then another .8mi at 6.1, but breathing was a little raspy and overheating dragged me down, so I took a lap's cooldown and then bounced back to 6.1mp to finish. If I can get hydration and temperature under control I should have the 30-minute 5K nailed. Just a little airflow would do the trick.
