(per twitter) run 189: 3.07mi / 30:00; 3.3mi / 35:47. 184# (new low), 535? kcal. Start at 6.7mph, down .1 per quarter-mile, bottomed out at 5.7mph.

(also, .75 mi at a walk to cool off.) 5 kilometers is 3.10686 miles. So to cover that in 30 minutes, one must average 6.21372 mph. For some reason I was fixated on this theory that last Easter I'd pegged the 30-minute 5K at 6.1mph, but that's mathematically impossible, innit.

The goal that it DOES meet is Marine-grade cardio (3.0 miles in 30 minutes). OORAH again. Actually... that was the goal more than the 30-minute 5K, wasn't it? Screw 5Ks! I'm awesome!

Been slacking off on the diet journal. 6 days recorded out of 13 days this month. Today all I ate before running was 3 bananas, 2 for lunch-ish and another around 4:30. Also, an extra cup of coffee ~2PM, we'll see how sleep works tonight. In theory it should go pretty well, between running my butt off and a couple glasses of wine to celebrate. I also picked up one of those super-economical On-Cor microwave lasagnas for additional celebration, and "deli" fried catfish, and 4 bags of Celentano tortellini, since it was well-stocked and on sale for $3/bag. Tonight's plan is half a bag of Chifles garlic plantain chips, half the catfish, and half the lasagna, and all the wine I want. Which is a lot less than not long ago. Remember when we used to slug down half a magnum over FFXI on a regular basis?
