Getting down to the point where I can actually see my hips. And my arms, shoulders and chest never looked like this before. Teh gym is closed probably through Friday due to an electrical fire, so I can't get an apples:apples weight check but pants are fitting better and better and my fat jeans are hanging pretty loose.
Breakfast: cappucino swirl ice cream. Yes.
Dinner: a couple slices of ww bread with PB
Supper: chx tenderloins, spinach, broccoli, blk olives all pan-cooked in a few dollops of Classico cabernet marinara. I miss the puttanesca sauce, wish I'd bought more of that when it was on clearance.
