Rolled over and went back to sleep, and eventually the alarm woke me from a dream where Mithril had arrived from Tampa ("Golden Isles, actually") because we were going to a convention in FLL or Miami. But "here" was basically the Swift Court house but on the FL Atlantic coast, and Mom and Dad were being all entertaining and hospitable. It was almost Christmas and gifts received and yet to be given were piling up along the picture window wall where the xmas tree would soon be.
"Almost Christmas" reminds me of Albany / highway navigation / mall dreams that I never wrote down.

Arrived at church ~10 minutes early, which was nice relaxed timing. Fr. Andrew's sermon was on the topic of humility. Ended with the Ode to Joy, which is EXACTLY why I love the traditional hymnal music ministry here. Introduced myself to the music director and choir practice is THU evening.

184# is definitely motion in the wrong direction. Blame ice cream for breakfast, beer/wine, pierogis, and a running schedule that has stretched to as little as once a week.

By the time I got groceries stashed and a quick shower to rinse the sweat off, it was time for festival battle, and there was a deadlocked guild battle going too, and the mist land I was defending went under attack, and the slow-kill ("Slow Pokes") group I'd joined to start my Helm of Arcane Energies alchemy project had summoned an Ambrosia. (2 flasks short of a second Living Death from Kesserans with the BAM group. I'm sure I'll finish it from guild priority summons eventually.) The guild battle didn't finish until ~4:30.
I was pretty darn hungry when I got home, so once I got settled into festi battle I whipped up smoothie #6. After guild battle finished I curled up with a toy for a nap.
That smoothie may have been good for a solid 38g protein, but it was a far cry from filling at 440 kcal. Woke from naptime not blood-sugar-starved, but palpably hungry. Three frozen chicken tenderloins, cabernet marinara sauce, some spinach and broccoli slapped together in a pan and cooking low+slow, to serve over some Alma ww fusilli.
Digesting more info about stress, adrenaline and cortisol (the hormones produced by the adrenal gland inresponse to stress) and body fat.
