First Ambrosia with SlowPokes gave me a Tempest Might and 2x Empowered Arcane for 34M damage. Neither of those is what I need for my Helm of Arcane Energies, so I'm still at 0/8 Arcane Energy and 3/10 Crystallized Arcane. Pretty disheartening for a week's wait.

I was also in on a Kessaran summoned by one of my guildmates. No Flasks of Undeath there either, still 15/17 for my second Living Death.
