Session #22: 3.3mi / 47m09s; 4.12mi/60:00m, peaked at 7.0mph for a half-lap, and held out another 1.5 laps at a 5.4-5.6mph jog. After that, 1.5 laps was my limit in speed phases, but I feel like I had really good breath control. That burned ~500 calories.

I was supposed to get groceries after the gym Monday, but I ended up not getting out. Ditto yesterday, and my cupboard was pretty bare... so I staved off hunger with V8 all day and broke into a can of salmon in the late evening.

Vitamins and omega-3 with coffee ~10, more coffee and an egg+cheese ~1PM, and that seemed to be a good "lead time" to get my run on without feeling like digestion was robbing me of energy.

Subway's deal of the month is - any footlong, $5. I went with the Sunrise Melt (egg, turkey, ham, bacon, cheddar, tomato, pickle, black olive, spinach, chipotle dressing on whole wheat). I have a Tijuana Flats gift card and considered doing that for din-dins, but by the time I got a full hour of running in, I just wanted to get groceries groced and get home and get my pants off. So maybe Friday.

Noticed a price bump on Steel Reserve at Pubix, was $3 per four-pack of pint cans, now $3.50. I'd recalculate the bodine value but fuck you.
