A little achey all over from yesterday's 2-mile recondition-starter run. Weather is pretty fine, I'm hoping my lack of energy is just a rebound from the unaccustomed quantity of caffeine yesterday. Still managed to swing the 15# DBs around some.
Breakfast: the last of one of the Great Grains cereals I bought on 2-for-1 sale (still not really much of a bargain even half-price). There's still a couple servings left of the pumpkin-seed variety. Brunch with vitamins and second coffee: 4 chx tenderloins on w...

Went to bed early, alarm set perhaps over-optimistically early to be at St.G's early so as to shadow some of the tech committee and get an idea of just what all is involved in live-streaming a worship service. Mcmuffins and second coffee en route, and stopped for a pack of gum at the 7-eleven next to teh laundromat at Dixie and Palmetto. Learned some thi...

Wine made me sleepy early, got a good night's sleep with the interim CPS solution squared away, plus having received pay and a settlement from the collision.
Woke very hungry; I guess I didn't have much in the way of lunch nor dinner yesterday. Nibbled a pretzel while I swung the 15# dumbbells a bit and warmed up to Brain Trippin: Industrial Crossbreed set (July 2013).
Yesterday morning in my internet wanders, I discovered some replicas of the old (1989) Dungeons + Dragons Trail Map series. Specific...

Had a visit with the rector before Bible study, and we decided the tech committee would be a good place to contribute my talents while I size up other ministries of interest.
Also, point man for ramping up social media engagement (primarily FB, maybe also Twitter if we see a real benefit to it). The problem I foresee with Twitter is, if you just follow everyone who follows you, then soon your feed is overwhelmed with commercial promo, not actual church members or sincere inquirers. I suspect Twitter jus...
