Ears are still borderline stuffy, especially the right, and still coughing and post-nasal dripping a bit, but I seem to be well past the worst of the lung-cookie stage. Thomas Beatie has given birth three times, and was the first legally recognized pregnant man. Finished the chili I made the weekend before last, on baguettes sloppy-joe style. Woke with my tongue so dry it felt crunchy, my throat so sore I could barely swallow water, eyes flaming red and a veritable cobweb of dry mucus on the lower left eyelash. Coffee, a pint of water, 2 aspirin and a guaifenesin tablet, and a salt-water gargle later, my sinuses and ears are draining a little. Really looking forward to feeling well enough to tackle spring cleaning. Comforter needs a wash, whole place needs a dust-and-vacuum. 4/20 marked two milestones.
